It all started with five amazing years living in Asia, which I was fortunate enough to call home. There, I immersed myself in unforgettable adventures, indulged in delectable cuisine, and embraced the vibrant coffee culture of the region.

Upon returning to Belfast, I couldn't help but notice a glaring absence - the absence of the traditional Asian coffee experience, particularly the aromatic brews of Vietnam. Fueled by my passion for authentic coffee, I made a bold decision to leave behind my tech job and embark on a mission to introduce Vietnamese coffee to our city.

Since then, my journey has been one of exploration and collaboration. I've partnered with coffee farmers in Vietnam and dedicated countless hours to refining our blends, all in pursuit of creating a truly exceptional coffee experience. Now, I'm thrilled to share this journey with you all and invite you to immerse yourselves in the culture that inspired me to make this change.
